Howdy! I apologize for the shortage of pictures. Some days are easier than others to get pics. It was a very busy day. We celebrated E's birthday, took individual pictures in the bluebonnets, had a visit from the police department (they shared safety tips with us) and had lots of dinosaur fun. Have a blessed evening! ![]()

Last Friday we celebrated P's birthday with donut holes. Half the class is four now! We also finished up our pet unit by reading If You Give a Dog a Donut, decorated our own giant donuts and counted out dog bones. it was a lot of fun. Have a blessed evening. See you Wednesday!
Yesterday was a lot of fun! Our theme this week is pets, however I had to put out beauty salon because my classes always seem to enjoy it so much. This class is no different. They are so engaged in this activity. Pictures are at the bottom of this page. We did an interactive activity with A House for Hermit Crab, did a sequencing activity for the story, made our own hermit crab houses and sang about a turtle named Tiny Tim.
We finished our community helpers week making stick and play-doh structures, playing community helper bingo, graphing which community helper they want to be and matching stickers in journals. I hope you have a fabulous and restful spring break with lots of quality family time. God bless you!
We are having a blast learning about community helpers! I'm really enjoying the conversations as they all pretend to be doctors, chefs and mechanics. I will post some of their quotes on my next post. Yesterday we sorted, weighed and measured with cars. We also made structures with foam blocks, sticks and shaving cream. They also enjoyed playing red light, green light. See you in the morning!
We finished up dental week last Friday. We did some toothbrush measuring and patterning, painted with floss, sorted in our journals and had egg races in motor skills. Have a great evening!
